Banana Bread

Ingredients

12 Ounce s Ripe Bananas

9 Ounces Vegetable Oil

3 Ounces Brown Sugar

12 Ounces Granulated Sugar

2 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract

6 Ounces Eggs Whole, Beaten Slightly

2 Ounces Whole Milk

11 Ounce s Cake Flour, Sifted

1 Teaspoon Cinnamon

¼ Ounce Baking Soda

1/8 Ounce Salt

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350.

In a large bowl, sift the dry ingredients together and set aside.

In a separate bowl, cream the bananas and sugars together.

Add the oil, extract, eggs and milk into banana mixture. Mix thoroughly.

Add the dry ingredients into the banana mixture. Mix until incorporated.

Spray 2 loaf pans with non-stick coating.

Divide the batter between the two.

Bake at 350 for 35 - 40 minutes. Test for doneness.

Cool on a wire rack for 5 minutes before removing from the pans. Cool completely on rack before wrapping for storage.
