Noodle Pudding
Original recipe by: Bebe Gart
Ingredients
1 Lb. fine noodles
1/2 Cup sugar
1/2 Pint sour cream
2 Eggs
1 Teaspoon vanilla
1 Stick butter, melted (½ Cup)
Instructions
Cook noodles and drain. Mix all ingredients together and turn into Pyrex baking dish.
Sprinkle top with cinnamon and sugar mixture.
Bake at 400 F for approximately 40 minutes, until top is brown.
