PA Dutch Chocolate Cake

Ingredients
2 Cups flour
2 Cups sugar
½ Teaspoon baking powder
1 ½ Teaspoon baking soda
½ Teaspoon salt
¾ Cup Hersey’s coco
2 Eggs
¾ Cup oil
1 ½ Cups water
2 Teaspoons vanilla
Instructions
(Lasts a week)
In a large bowl, beat all ingredients together slowly until mixed - scrape sides - then beat 4 minutes. Makes layer cake, square, or cupcakes.
Bake in a 350F oven until knife come out clean.
30 minutes for layers
35 minutes for square
Less for cupcakes
