Passover Brownies

Ingredients

6 Eggs

3 Cups sugar

¾ Pound butter, melted (3 sticks)

9 Tablespoons matzo cake meal

1 ½ Cups unsweetened cocoa

½ Teaspoon salt

1 ½ Cups chopped walnuts

Instructions

These are so good, I make them all year.

Beat eggs, add sugar. Beat until light. Add melted butter, beat. Mix together dry ingredients, add to egg mixture. Blend. Stir in nuts.

Bake in 9” X 13” greased pan at 400 F for 35 minutes. They will be very fudgy.
