Minestrone

Ingredients
1 Onion, chopped
Large can Veg-All, pureed
20 Ounces Can white kidney beans (not drained)
14 Ounces can crushed tomatoes
28 Ounces chicken broth
1 Teaspoon salt
¼ Teaspoon pepper,
2 Teaspoons basil
¼ Teaspoon garlic powder
2 Teaspoons parsley
1 Tablespoon tomato paste
Cooked elbow macaroni
¼ Cup parmesan Cheese
5 Ounces chopped spinach
1 small can chickpeas
Instructions
Saute the chopped onion in butter. Add the pureed Veg-All, white kidney beans, crushed tomatoes, chicken broth, salt, pepper, basil, garlic powder, parsley, and tomato paste.
For the last ½ hour of cooking, add the macaroni, cheese, spinach, and chickpeas.
