Bebe Gart’s Noodle Pudding

Ingredients
1 Lb. fine noodles
1/2 Cup sugar
1/2 Pint sour cream
2 eggs
1 Teaspoon vanilla
1 stick butter, melted (½ Cup)
Instructions
Cook noodles and drain. Mix all ingredients together and turn into Pyrex baking dish.
Sprinkle top with cinnamon and sugar mixture.
Bake at 400o for approximately 40 minutes, until top is brown.
