Bundt Cake

Ingredients

2 Sticks (1 Cup) butter

1 ½ Cup sugar

4 Eggs - separated

3 Cups flour

3 Teaspoons baking powder

1 Teaspoons salt

1/3 & ¾ Cups milk

Lemon rind (zest)

Filling:

1 Stick butter (1/2 Cup)

1/2 Cup sugar

1 Tablespoon cocoa

1 Tablespoon chopped nuts

1 Teaspoon almond extract

1 Teaspoon lemon extract

Instructions

Cream butter and sugar. Add egg yolks. Beat well. Sift together flour and salt. Add baking powder to 1/3 Cup milk and set aside. Alternate flour with ¾ C milk. Beat egg whites and fold in. Finally add baking powder and milk.

Batter, then filling, then end with batter

375 degree oven for 1 hour
