Apple Cake

Ingredients
3 Tablespoons butter
1 Cup sugar
1 Egg
1 Teaspoons baking soda
1 Cups flour
½ Teaspoon Cinnamon
½ Teaspoon nutmeg
¼ Teaspoons salt
3 Cups apple peeled and sliced
¼ Cup walnuts
1 Teaspoon vanilla
Instructions
Cream butter and sugar.
Add egg.
Add dry ingredients.
Stir in apples, nuts, and vanilla.
Batter, then filling, then end with batter
Grease 8” X 8” pan.
350 degree oven for 40-45 minutes
