Lemon Blueberry Bread

Ingredients
1/3 Cup melted butter
1 Cup sugar
3 Tablespoons juice from lemons
2 Eggs
1 ½ Cups all-purpose flour (I used cake flour)
1 Teaspoon baking powder
1 Teaspoon salt
½ Cup milk
2 Tablespoons grated lemon zest
½ Cup chopped walnuts, optional
1 Cup fresh blueberries
GLAZE
1 Tablespoon lemon juice
½ Tablespoon butter, melted
½ Cup confectioner's sugar
(I used just a light coating of this)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a mixing bowl, beat together butter, sugar, lemon juice and eggs.
Combine flour, baking powder and salt; stir into egg mixture alternately with milk.
Fold in lemon zest, nuts, and blueberries.
Pour batter into greased and floured loaf pan. Bake at 350 for 75 minutes.
GLAZE
Combine all ingredients and mix well.
Spread lightly over bread after it has cooled for 30 minutes. (Just use enough to cover but don't overcoat.)
