Hot Chicken Salad

Ingredients

1 ½ Cups chicken pieces

1 ½ Cups chopped celery

½ Cup green pepper

½ Cup green onion

1 Can sliced water chestnuts

1 Cup slivered almonds, toasted

3 Tablespoons lemon juice

Salt and pepper

1 Cup cheddar cheese (1/2 on top)
